I use this blog as a place to note and develop ideas, to comment on arms control and security affairs, and to share some interesting resources. A brief note on who ‘I’ am and what I’m doing: My name is Martin Senn and I am currently employed as lecturer in International Security at the University of Innsbuck (Austria). The focus of my research is on nuclear proliferation, non- and counter-proliferation, as well as on ballistic missile defense.
